The toll

She was strolling by, singing la la la when
I met her, I wished that I had been Lacan.
Right from the first intercourse, she did evil to me..
I was the male and the female does evil..

God knows the toll she's taken
on her, bittersweet as citronella..

The miss leaves me on a sudden impulse,
I ordain an abscissa, but that remains abstruse,
I got a sound mind in a very sane body,
I do what's good but she's left for someone better.

It takes a toll on me but I know she knows
That silence is gold, she sleeps, so I keep quiet.

On the beach, some tough boys play domino game,
She makes me notice how absent are my abdominals,
that I ain't got Sylvester Stallone's triceps at all,
and that really vexes me : My name is Claude.

God knows the toll she's taken
on her, surviving in my sensory sphere.

Yet, I, listed non-macho, didn't accept at all
the inferiority tales cast on you by Rousseau.
Yet Miss calls me Lilliput as in Swift
as I am a bit less than six feet..
O! she 's a beauty, she's booby, and she's lucky, the damsel !
She thought she had some flaws, I thought she was a marvel..

It takes a toll on me but I know she knows
that silence is gold, she sleeps, I keep quiet.

Today I know that I was a nerd,
She was nearly my peninsula..
The smooth talkers may talk smoothly,
The belladonna remains for me a beauty.

God knows the toll she's taken,
inlaid there inside her honey eyes..

I did what I could to meet all her needs
only inspired by state-of-the-art things.
I have been ranking for ages and ages among the best ones
but , well, the sound of her silence forces me to go up a semitone,
She inspires me...
like the memory of her smile..

It takes a toll on me, bt I know she knows
that silence is gold, is gold, so I keep quiet..

Da Vinci Claude

Versions: #2
Behind the doors of the Louvre one finds the Saint Groove
At 40 steps from the Mona Lisa there is a red arrow
One must sneak in the night and if possible have a smooth step
Or the security guard could find, if not a red alert

We hide things from ourselves, since Adam and Eve
The hare and the tortoise, bet on the hare
The truth, the false, the truly false, the truth, it's true that it's false

Some had matches during the war of fire
The friend of a friend rubbed shoulders with Sophie Neveu
There was never a person who set foot on the moon
Someone said that it was Edith Piaf who wrote 'My thing with feathers.'
Someone said that on other planets, the little green men have television
And that they are fascinated by Justin Timberlake and Jean-Claude Bourret

Everything is mixed up in my head since dawn
It's like I am in a chapter of 'The Da Vinci Claude'

You you you you you you...
You you you you you you...
Oh oh

Everything is mixed up in my head since dawn

So many state secrets are there before you
One night in an alley, a strange man told me
That Marilyn Monroe was a fan of Pompidou
And that she declared her passion by singing 'Pom Pom Pi Dou'

The Dalai Lama, Serge Lama, Alain Delon
Left for Tibet to sing 'La Mandelon'
Someone says that there are people who go up in saucers
That there they drink coconut juice that was cut with a machete
Just because they spoke of the monster of Roswell
The American Army seperated them from Jacques Pradel

Everything is mixed up in my head since dawn
It's like I am in a chapter of 'The Da Vinci Claude'

You you you you you you...
You you you you you you...
Oh oh

Everything is mixed up in my head since dawn

The said that Shella and the Mona Lisa were men
That had a bug for the millenium
That certain bakers made babas of polonium
That they enrich uranium and they water it with rum

There is some info beyond that info, and some disinformation, all of that is not false
In 'The Simpsons', it's 'Who killed Kenny?'
But the question that one asks is 'Who killed Kenny?'

In the order of the Temple of Solaar advancing
I see coming firefighters with jerrycans of gas

Everything is mixed up in my head since dawn
It's like I am in a chapter of 'The Da Vinci Claude'

You you you you you you...
You you you you you you...
Oh oh

Everything is mixed up in my head since dawn

Save the World

Once upon a time, in the submerged lands
There was an island and a clergy in the open Aegean sea
This island was a parable of man
The climate was warm and the sea was calm

No stress, all the riches were shared
No boss, each task was shared
But the modern man arrived
With castes, armies, clergies

The battle was rough and the waters disturbed
And despite it's efforts the island surrendered
Since, when the sun is dark
Many of us stand firm or even succumb

I struggled through thick and thin
I resisted sirens who wanted to drown me
I was wrecked, isolated, all alone and facing the world
Despite all these efforts, I will not be able to save the world

Save the world!

Once upon a time there was a wonderful world
A blue planet shaped by the heavens
A world where we worshiped the Sun
For its blessings from Kathmandu to the polar circle

But many of us were caught in the shadows
And with each full moon that number increases
With each full moon the plagues increase
And oil ends up in the waters

Man seems to be a wolf to another man (1)
It's as if we are caught in a sauna of chloroform vapors
If I write these words it's because I come from the dry countries
And because for centuries there has been no ORSEC plan (2)

I would have liked to carry the lamp, the flame and the torch
I would have loved to change the world by the weight of my words
And have brought the spark to the masses
But whatever I do, I will not be able to save the world.

Save the world!

Imagine the world, modernity
With willpower we can change everything
I'm on my knees on the Salt Lake
My forehead is on the floor, i'm meditating

What's within my grasp is breaking down doors
And bringing help when the burden is heavy
Doing it on musical scale isn't enough
We need to start all over again:

Harmony would be in changing things
Altering perception until metamorphosis
Hearing the Choir of Angels like voices from beyond the grave
Because I hear their cry that says, 'Save the world!'

Save the world!

Tell me MC (3), why can't we save the world?
Because the Earth lives in the era of the damaging ether
Because man is inorganic and his heart is made of stone
Because Abel, Cain, Fabrice, Sophie and Lucien
Aligned themselves with the angel who exiled the good

Tell me MC (3), why can't you save the world?
Because I saw the night dim the light
And the world dissolved to twilight
When it rains I see hope become flat
As if they've gotten used to it, 'fiat lux' is no more (4)

Why can't you save the world?
Because I'm not Superman, and the situation is super bad
And Barbie and Ken have gone super mad
I would like you to do something

I'm asking you, promise me
If you can, please
If you can, save the world.

Welfare Minimum

What's going on? Nothing, it's personal
An eternal pain that I'll only share with the sky
The green-eyed monster, synonym of jealousy
Taxes water in the Sahel desert just to fill his jacuzzi
And that's the way it works in this hard-working world
The biggest cowards throw the first stone and then they hide
As ordered, co-ordinated, God orders us to pardon them.
I pardoned them. Gave love that nobody would give me back.
But why? Why? Blame the biz,
Blame the [dollar] bills, my son. Your vice becomes a motto
This millennium is monetary. The populace unpopular
You'd think The Golden Calf was running a promotion on a global scale
It justifies treachery. Trickery.
Economy is ever more wolves in the sheep-pen.
Is it the scumbags that we adulate? The kids of adults
Inculcate themselves with the new cult and catapult it round the globe

African choirs

And even the marginal leaders are selling baseball caps
Sneakers. A supermarket-based religion
My neurons are pushing and shoving, speeding like sperm cells then bam!
And in the people carrier, that was Ayrton Solaar!
In the slums people are dreaming about IMF funds
But deep down we know that families run closer to welfare minimums
The kids pinching from wallets to get themselves Pokemon
The era is bleak. Satan's stock is rising in value, I can see his pointed horns
But you were talking millions... of Saint-Emilions
But since there are thousands of us how many will be humiliated
The History of Art seems to be all dollar-coloured
And as Rico says, 'This business is run by ham-fisted art-holes'
Apart from that, what's new? Nothing new, just bluff. I'm widowed.
With girls maybe you need to act all rough and tough
Give kisses and stay chilled like Jesus Christ
Or pull out the kriss let the 666 slip us in the abyss
And music? Do I like it? They want to put it in prison.
Imagine Cupid shooting poison arrows
It's a free space ... and they're putting it in a corner
Nails, pop clones, clowns, clans of garden gnomes.
That's why I always sit opposite to Pontius Pilate
Ricochet on the beat like a flat stone across water
Throw Surats and Psalms. Under the banner of the gnome.
With no chrome, a smile in my heart, boom in their home.
In the slums people are dreaming about IMF funds
But deep down we know that families run closer to welfare minimums

African choirs

Eksassaute (1) (Jump to it)

I have studied and then I have diplomas
And then take a competitive exam, I’m a man, already more than a child.
I have grown up all the grades of the company
And I have created mine, I finally see my promised land.
I had to have more productivity,
Looking for other business, for my little activity.
I don’t cunt my hours, I roll up my sleeves.
I’m even against the opening of the churches on Sunday.
But victim of dumping, competition made in China,
Here lies (here lies), my small trampoline factory.
Now, I realize, I could have opening the eyes,
Find time and light, like Saint Teresa in Lisieux. (2)

Give your time, your life, for you, your friends, don’t forget to hold your head high.
Release-you from the dogma, for a second jump to it!
Your time, your life, for you, your friends, don’t forget to hold your head high.
Release-you from the dogma, for a second EKSASSAUTE!

It’s a consultant (girl), who meet a painter
And she slams in his ear, stories of luxury and absinthe.
He had a light complexion and painting only pastels.
She commands to him the highlighter, the déjà-vu, the false sun.
His popularity rise, she charmed the publicists.
And he is here, like a bilingual, who don’t speak of art, but numbers.
The paintbrush rebel, the creation manages,
On Earth, the time stops, on heaven the stars freeze.
Do you know (do you know), the moon influences the tides,
Creating a soul quake, who touch her, who save her.
Now, she realizes, that she could have opening the eyes,
Find time and light, like Saint Teresa in Lisieux.

Give your time, your life, for you, your friends, don’t forget to hold your head high.
Release-you from the dogma, for a second jump to it!
Your time, your life, for you, your friends, don’t forget to hold your head high.
Release-you from the dogma, for a second EKSASSAUTE!

EKSASSAUTE!
I took the microphone, then a voice, I took the scrubland (3)
And I felt a bit condensed in the Knacki package. (4)
Then, I have dressed a khaki battledress, like Tamouls and Pakis. (5)
And I saw the life of mans, yes whose are the life of mans?
Break… I was in the army, in the sand yacht,
There were beautiful and naked girl,
Fault or not fault, hold the head high,
Live before the woman with scythe.

EKSASSAUTE! Eksassaute, eksassaute.
EKSASSAUTE! Eksassaute, eksassaute.
And it... (explodes) (6)
